Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with EU law, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to change your mind.
    This does not apply to custom or made-to-order products.

  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

  • Refunds: Processed within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).

  • Damaged Products: If your item arrives damaged, please email me with a photo within 3 days of delivery. I will offer you either a replacement or a store credit for the value of the order (excluding shipping costs).
