General Terms – Regards Coupables

1. Purpose

These terms cover:

  1. Sales made on regardscoupables.fr.

  2. The rules for using the website and its content.

The site is operated by Julian Bouhenic – Regards Coupables, a micro-entreprise registered under SIRET 82843296300019, with registered office at 12 rue Lalo, 75116 Paris, France.

By placing an order or using the site, you fully accept these terms.

2. Products & Content

  • Products are described as accurately as possible. Photos are non-contractual and may slightly differ from the actual product.

  • All content on the site (illustrations, text, photos, videos) is protected by copyright.

  • Any reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use is prohibited.

3. Prices

  • Prices are in euros, all taxes included (VAT not applicable – art. 293B of the French Tax Code).

  • Shipping costs are specified before order confirmation.

  • Prices may change at any time, but the rates applied are those in effect at the time of the order.

4. Orders

  • An order is confirmed once full payment has been received.

  • The customer receives a confirmation email.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any order in case of a dispute or payment issue.

5. Payment

  • Secure payments via credit card, PayPal, or any other method offered on the site.

  • Payment details are never stored by us.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days after payment.

  • Average delivery times: 2–5 business days in France, 5–15 business days internationally.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

  • The risk passes to the customer upon handover to the carrier.

7. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

  • In accordance with the law, customers have 14 days from delivery to exercise their right of withdrawal.

  • This does not apply to personalized or custom-made items.

  • Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging, at the customer’s expense (unless faulty or incorrect).

  • Refunds are issued within 14 days after receipt and inspection.

8. Defective or Damaged Products

  • If a product arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery with supporting photos.

  • A replacement or store credit (excluding shipping) may be offered.

9. Website Use

  • Users agree not to use the site for illegal or abusive purposes.

  • Access to the site may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance.

  • We are not responsible for interruptions, bugs, or data loss related to site use.

10. Data Protection

  • Personal data is collected solely for order processing and is never sold.

  • You have the right to access, modify, and delete your data (see Privacy Policy).

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
If necessary, the competent courts will be those of Paris, France.
